Brad
Dupuis, President
Brad has over 12 years of extensive experience in Sales, Consulting, Product
Marketing, Advertising and Broadcast Television.
Prior to Captivating Ads, Brad worked as a Benefits Consultant at Paychex, Inc.
and as an award winning Territory Manager for Playtex Family Products, where
he marketed their Banana Boat Line of Suncare Products throughout New England.
In his time there, he managed over 100 accounts and nearly doubled the productivity
of the previous manager.
In 1996, Brad began a successful 6-year stint in the
television industry, first working as the Sports Director at MediaOne in Yarmouth,
MA and then as an Anchor/Reporter for the WMUR-TV Sports Department in Manchester,
NH. Switching to sales in 2001, he became an Account Executive in the WMUR Advertising
Sales Department where he developed and sold convergence marketing packages for
both WMUR and its website.
Brad earned a 4-Year football scholarship to the University of New Hampshire
where he holds a degree in Political Science. In 2001, he earned his MBA (with
a concentration in Marketing) from Bryant College.
Steve
Kraytenberg, Owner
Steve joined Captivating Ads in October 2004 and quickly
became one of the highest billing members of the Sales team.
Prior to Captivating Ads, Steve worked
for over twenty-five years in the defense industry. His
formal training from Polaroid Corporation, Northeastern
University and Wentworth Institute lead him from mechanical
designer to operations management and eventually into sales.
He has run his own business, SMK Associates,
specializing in the design of electro-mechanical assemblies
for military and commercial companies. The direction of
the company was to design and manufacture solid-state devices
in hermetically sealed packages. His company also manufactured
prototype assemblies including electronic components, printed
circuit boards, machined parts and sheet metal. The customers
of SMK Associates were companies like Alpha Industries,
Lockheed Martin, and Herley-MDI.
Steve’s most recent venture
was with FreiBerg Technical Services as he was co-founder
of the company. The main focus of this company was to provide
engineering and manufacturing solutions for Microwave companies
that outsourced such activities.
Tony DiSessa, Sales Manager Tony has over 20 years of sales experience working in the high tech and retail space. He joined the Captivating Ads team in May of 2006
A 1985 Graduate of Northeastern University with a B.A. in Business, Tony was co-founder of LANcity Corporation (the inventor and leader in high-speed data over Cable TV). When BayNetworks acquired LANcity in 1996, Tony was kept on at BayNetworks and worked with and trained the Bay Sales team during the transition. In 1998 as BayNetworks was sold to Nortel Tony continued until 2001 as a Senior Project Manger for Nortel’s Cable Modem Division in Andover MA.
After departing Nortel in 2001, Tony launched a new venture as the co-owner of Play-It-Again Sports in Londonderry NH. Play-it-Again Sports is a sporting goods franchise that specialized in New & Used Sporting Goods.
Tony, his wife Beth and 3 children reside in Londonderry, where they’ve been an active member of the community for over 19 years.. Tony is heavily involved in youth sports and for the last 8 years has been President of the LYFS (Londonderry Youth Football and Spirit program) where approximately 300 children learn the sports of Football & Cheerleading under his guidance.
Mike Wirkkala, Creative Director Mike has over 10 years experience as a Computer Animator, Television Commercial, Film, and Corporate DVD producer.
Starting out in the computer industry, Mike left the technical aspects of computers in 1996 to pursue using computers for more creative purposes. He started MIST Productions, and produced 3D animations and television commercials for New England businesses for 4 years.
In early 2000, Mike went to work for MOTEK, a Netherlands-based motion capture studio, to lead their team of animators on a short animated film. Soon after, the company set up a sister studio in Manchester, NH, where Mike became the Studio Director for the motion capture and animation division. But due to financial reasons, in late 2001, MOTEK U.S. closed its doors.
Immediately after, MW Animation & Video was created, and Mike went back to doing what he does best; supplying high-quality, low-cost computer animation and video to businesses that couldn’t afford Boston-based pricing.
When Captivating Ads was founded in 2003, Mike was there from the beginning. In May of 2005 he joined the company full-time as Creative Director. With his highly resourceful talents, Mike leads all aspects of Captivating Ads production.
